• Minecraft Server Files: Minecraft server files, world data, and configurations that you set up and manage using the Licensed Application remain local to your device and are not transmitted externally by our application.
• World File Privacy: User-created content, such as Minecraft world files and in-game data, is handled entirely on your local device. We do not access or transmit your world files or their content.

Our Licensed Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

For users between 13 and 17 years old, we require parental consent before they can use the Licensed Application. This consent is obtained through a consent checkbox displayed alongside the download link, where users must indicate that they are 13 years or older and, if under 18, have obtained parental permission to use the application.
